What's On Around Epsom

'bouncers & Shakers'-one-act plays.
Thursday 2 September to Saturday 4 September
At Myers Hall Epsom Playhouse, 42 Ashley Avenue, Epsom
Time: 7.30pm
Bouncers is an outrageous and hilarious parody of the contemporary nightclub scene; four Bouncers portray over twenty different characters and invite you for a night out on the town.
Shakers is a trendy cocktail bar and the four long-suffering waitresses give a wickedly funny glimpse into this world playing a variety of different characters along the way.
A 1993 survey for 'Plays and Players' magazine cited John Godber (author of Bouncers and part author with Jane Thornton of Shakers) as the third most performed playwright in the UK, after Shakespeare and Alan Ayckbourn.
Cost: Thursday 2 September to Saturday 4 September – Evenings 7.30pm
