As many of our members were isolated we decided to put on some Live online classes for free with our regular instructors.
All the instructors are giving up their free time and our members have been able to see their regular instructor through Facebook and take part from their home.
We have Yoga, pilates, Dance, Body Conditioning that you can do any time for FREE. no obligation to join the club!
