I am a midwife in the nhs at kingston hospital and a covid survivor i had 4 weeks off work in April-
I was not in hospital but i had a moderate case of it. Once recovered i am now doing a step challenge:
I am doing 850000steps over 3 months for Alzheimer's disease.
