The KENT SURREY SUSSEX AIR AMBULANCE TRUST provides a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) responding to patients who have suffered trauma or serious medical emergencies.
They operate 24 hours a day, and can when necessary provide highly specialist care at the scene.
The charity relies almost entirely on donations and fundraising, and without this kind of support they simply could not continue their life saving work.
