The HeART of Kingston will celebrate artistic talent, and is designed to give you something to look forward to,
and raise awareness about mental illness in the month of January, when usually nothing really happens and people’s mental health tends to suffer.
A fantastic line up of comedy, music, and live art- plus chill-out zones: We are trying to find ways of creating a supportive, friendly, welcoming and inclusive experience,
if live events make you feel uncomfortable, whether it is because you hate busy places, are prone to panic attacks, or perhaps have a sensory impairment.
