Kingston Adult Education are holding a mental well being festival on Monday 1 July from 3-6pm
at the King Charles Centre. There will be stalls, speakers, free taster sessions in Tai Chi, singing, card making,
mindfulness and well being. Other organisations will be attending with lots of info and support. Free refreshments.
