We are a friendly, LADIES ONLY running club. Our beginners group commences on 5 January 2020 for
12 weeks. All levels are welcomed for both new and returning runners. Start with a walk/jog and build up
fitness gradually. Experienced club members will be there to support. Pre-registration is essential. Book your
