We are holding a Health and Fitness event in the Hook Centre on 18th January 10am-2pm. It is an opportunity for the local community to find out about their health and to meet organisations who can inspire them to find ways of improving their fitness.
Come and try free exercise classes including Pilates, Yoga and over 50 exercise.
